Launched during a cultural forum promoted by the Lebanese Association for Plastic Arts in Beirut, with only a handful of copies, the NOA magazine (acronym for Not Only Arabic) was offered to readers who had scheduled a date and time in advance with the artist in order to read the publication in a closed room.
